EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH POLICY

PURPOSE

The Employee of the Month program is designed to recognize and celebrate outstanding employees who consistently exceed expectations. This initiative highlights the hard work, dedication, and positive contributions made by employees to Snapchef’s success. The Employee of the Month is chosen based on performance, attitude, and alignment with Snapchef's core values. We gather the information from Snapchef database.

Who’s Eligible?

• All active employees are eligible.

How Are They Chosen?
Employees are chosen based on the following factors:

• Employees must be in good standing.

• No Late Callouts or Unexcused Absences
• Always pressing “On My Way” at least one hour before shift starts
• Receiving three or more positive client reviews
• No bad client reviews or blacklists
• Clocking In and Out of all shifts without reminders

• Employees can only be selected once per quarter.

What Do They Get?

• $50 direct deposit
• A Snapchef Employee of the month certification
• Snapchef will cover the cost of your ServSafe Food Handler’s certificate
• Choose of Snapchef swag
