When Do I Need To Confirm My Shifts?

• Every Friday, you will receive your schedule by the end of the day. All shifts must be confirmed by Saturday at 8:00 a.m. using the "Confirm All Shifts" button in the app. Please do not pick and choose which shifts to confirm—your schedule is created based on the availability you provided during your interview.
• Reminders will no longer be sent, and failure to confirm your shifts by the deadline will result in removal from those shifts.
• If you need to request time off, it must be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the requested date(s). You only need to request time off if the date falls on a day you are normally scheduled to work based on your availability.
• To avoid missing any updates, please make sure your notifications are turned ON in the Snapchef app.
