Snapchef connects culinary professionals with client kitchens seeking strong, dependable team members.

 

If a client expresses interest in hiring you directly — or if you are interested in transitioning to permanent employment at a client location — you must notify your Operations Team immediately.

 

Employees may not pursue or accept direct employment with a Snapchef client without prior written authorization from the company.

If a direct hire opportunity arises, please contact the Operations Team so we can connect with the client and discuss the appropriate transfer or buyout options. There are different routes available depending on the client and situation.

All transfer discussions will be handled between HR and the client. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Do not accept direct employment with a client until the formal approval process has been completed.
