Snapchef Bonus Programs: Earn While You Work!

Snapchef is excited to offer bonus opportunities to reward our team members for staying committed and helping grow the #SnapFam. Below are the current bonus programs available:

1. Refer a Friend Bonus

Earn up to $150

We’re always looking for great people—and no one knows what it takes better than our current team. If you know someone who would be a great fit for Snapchef, refer them and earn a bonus when they join and stay.

How It Works:

  • Earn $50 once your referral works their first 4 full shifts

  • Earn an additional $100 after your referral completes 20 full shifts with a clean record (no NCNS, blacklists, or client issues)

How to Make a Referral:

  1. Ask your friend or family member to apply online at https://snapchef.com/apply

  2. Make sure they select "Referral" as their source on the application

  3. They must list your name as the person who referred them

  4. Snapchef will track their progress and notify you once your bonus is earned

Referral bonuses will be added to your paycheck after the required milestones are met. Only one employee may receive a referral bonus per new hire.

 

2. $200 Sign-On Bonus

For New Hires

New to Snapchef? Welcome aboard! You may qualify for a Sign-On Bonus of up to $200 by staying consistent and reliable in your first month.

How to Earn: Earn $50 per week for up to 4 weeks by meeting the following criteria each week:

  • Work at least 4 full shifts

  • Confirm your shifts by 8:00 AM each Saturday for the upcoming week

  • Use the SnapApp to click "On The Way" at least 1 hour before each shift

  • Provide at least 24 hours' notice for any call-outs

  • Maintain a clean record: no incidents, blacklists, or client issues

Week 1 starts the first full week after you’re hired. For example, if you’re hired on a Wednesday, your first eligible week begins the following Monday.
