Forgot to punch in or out? Need to correct your shift hours? This policy establishes the process for reviewing and managing employee requests to correct their shift hours through the Snapchef App, ensuring accurate payroll and efficient resolution.
Policy Details:
- Submission of Requests:
- Employees may submit a Shift Hour Correction Request via the Snapchef App for any discrepancy in their recorded shift hours.
- Search Limitation: When reviewing requests, you can only search for a maximum of 7 days at a time in the database.

Employee Instructions for Submitting a Request:

Open the Snapchef App.

Tap the Menu (☰) in the top corner.

Select Edit Shift Details.

Search for the date of the shift you need to correct.

Enter the correct punch-in/out times or shift details.

Add any notes that explain the discrepancy.

Submit your request for manager review.
