ServSafe Certificate: How to Find & Download

If you completed your ServSafe course or exam online, you can access and download your certificate directly through your ServSafe account.

How to Retrieve Your ServSafe Certificate

1. Go to www.servsafe.com

2. Click Log In

3. Sign in using the email address used when taking the course or exam

4. Navigate to:
   • “My Certificates” or “My Exams”

5. Select your certificate to:
   • View
   • Download (PDF)
   • Print

If You Don’t Know Your Login Information

• Click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the login page
• Try any email addresses you may have used during registration

If You Still Cannot Locate Your Certificate

Please contact ServSafe Customer Support and provide:
• Full name
• Possible email address(es) used
• Approximate exam date
