      Roots for Opportunity Program

      Introducing: Roots for Opportunity! 🌱

      We're excited to launch Roots for Opportunity, a new program designed to support both personal and professional growth for our Snapchef team. This initiative is all about helping you take the next step in your career through mentorship, learning experiences, and direct access to our leadership team.

      Each month, we're inviting team members to share their Snapchef journey through short videos—and as part of the fun, you’ll be entered into a raffle for an exciting prize:
      🍽️ A fun activity and dinner with our CEO Todd and CFO Daniela, plus up to 4 Snapchef teammates. It’s a relaxed opportunity to connect, talk about business, explore growth opportunities, and discuss your career goals.

      But this initiative goes deeper than just prizes or social media—it’s about investing in YOU. Whether you dream of becoming an Executive Chef, opening your own restaurant, learning the business side of hospitality, or stepping into a leadership role, we’re here to help guide and support you.

      How to Enter:

      1. Create a short video (30–60 seconds) sharing your Snapchef story—what’s special about working here, or how you’ve grown in your role.

      2. Email your video to operations@snapchef.com to enter the monthly raffle. 

       

      We’ll select a few winners each month, and some of the best videos will be featured on our social media to celebrate your contributions to Snapchef! 🎥✨
