Purpose:
The Performance Tracker in the SnapApp is designed to help employees and managers monitor attendance, behavior, and overall performance. It provides a clear, visual summary of how each employee is performing on a monthly basis and supports accountability and transparency within the workplace.
How the Performance Tracker Works:
The Performance Tracker displays different categories such as On My Way, Call-Outs, and Complaints. Each category contains a set number of circles representing allowable incidents per month before a disciplinary review may be triggered.

When an incident occurs, one of the green circles will turn red.

All circles reset to green at the beginning of each month.

The overall color displayed on the home screen reflects your current standing based on performance data across all categories.
Status Colors:

Green: Everything is good – no issues recorded.

Yellow: Some issues recorded – improvement is needed.

Red: At risk for disciplinary action – immediate improvement required.
