No Call, No Show Policy

Effective immediately, any employee who does not report for a scheduled shift and fails to notify Snapchef in advance will be removed from future schedules.

This policy is part of Snapchef’s ongoing commitment to reliability and accountability. Clear communication is essential to our operations, and failure to show up without notice disrupts client service and team performance.

If you need to request time off, it must be submitted in the Snapchef app by the Wednesday prior to the requested date(s). You only need to request time off if the date falls on a day you are normally scheduled to work based on your provided availability.
