Here are the steps to access your account through the web browser. These are very similar to the steps for the app. Instead of logging in directly, try using your personal information to search for your account. This will help you find your account first. Once you locate it, you’ll be prompted to select the company you want to log in under. Please ensure you select DTC Enterprises, as any former employers using ADP will appear here as well. If you select the wrong one, you’ll need to restart the process.
Steps to follow:
- Go to myadp.com or download the ADP app.
- Select the Create Account option at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the "Find Me" option.
- Use your personal information to locate your account.
- Select DTC Enterprises (Any previous employers using ADP will also show up here).
- If you haven’t set up an account before, you’ll be asked to verify your identity by receiving a confirmation code via email.
- If you’ve set up an account before, you’ll be prompted to sign in or reset your password.
