Late Call-Out Policy

Overview:
To keep operations running smoothly for our clients and team, Snapchef has a Late Call-Out Policy that all employees are expected to follow.

 

Policy Details:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot make a scheduled shift.

  • Late Call-Out: Any notice given under 24 hours will be counted as a late call-out.

  • Consequences: More than 2 late call-outs in a month may result in removal from the schedule.
