How To Click “On My Way”?

  1. Once signed into the SNAPapp:
  2. On the Home Page under “my jobs”
  3. A button labeled "On My Way" will appear
  4. Click this button 1hr before your shift start time
  5. This will notify both the client and the Snapchef management team that you are ready to go to your job within the next hour
  6. If you do not depart on click the “On my way” button 1 hrs before your shift start time, Snapchef management will replace you for the shift not clicked.
  7. There will be no reminders sent you employees.

IMPORTANT:
If “On My Way” is not clicked 1 hour before the shift start time, the client will automatically receive an email stating that the employee has not confirmed they are on the way and that Snapchef is working on finding replacement coverage.

If you are already planning to attend your shift, it is very important that you click “On My Way” on time to avoid unnecessary confusion or replacement outreach.

Please note:
• Reminder texts are sent through the Snapchef Message Board system from 201-464-6401
• Employees are responsible for clicking “On My Way” on time
• If you are having any glitches or issues with the app, it is important to text Operations at 508-203-7788 right away if you are unable to click “On My Way” on your own
• Failure to confirm may result in the shift being replaced
