Position Classifications:
- Dishwasher/Utility
Supports kitchen operations by performing dishwashing, cleaning, and general utility tasks. These roles do not involve food handling or cooking, but are essential to maintaining kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. - Foodservice Worker (Deli, Prep, Salad Bar, Line Server) = Old Cook Position
Handles basic kitchen prep duties such as chopping ingredients, organizing supplies, and simple cooking tasks. These roles provide essential support in meal preparation and station maintenance. - Line Cook (Cook, AM Grill, PM Grill) = Old Adv Skills Positions
Prepares and cooks menu items following set recipes and standards. Cooks work under supervision and ensure food safety compliance while maintaining a clean and efficient work area. - Sous Chef = Old Chef (Sous)
Demonstrates excellent knife skills, food preparation, cooking, and staff supervision. Assists the head chef in the kitchen operations by ensuring quality control, coordinating kitchen activities, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. - Executive Chef
Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety, while driving innovation and maintaining efficient kitchen workflows. - Quality Control Chef
The Quality Control Training Chef is responsible for ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of food by conducting training sessions, monitoring food preparation processes, and implementing quality control standards across all culinary operations. - Culinary Arts Director
The Culinary Arts Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of culinary programs, managing kitchen operations, mentoring culinary staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and coordinating with educational institutions or organizations to enhance the culinary curriculum and training. - Chief Culinary Officer
The Chief Culinary Officer is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, developing and executing innovative menu concepts, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing kitchen teams, and driving overall strategic direction to elevate the culinary brand and meet business objectives.
