# How Do I Request Time Off?

To request time off, follow the steps below in the **SNAPapp**:

### Steps:

1. Open the **SNAPapp** and sign in.
2. On the Home Page, tap the three lines in the top left corner (menu).
3. Select **“Request Time Off.”**
4. Choose your **Start Date** and **End Date** from the calendar.
   
     - For a single day off, select the same date for both.
5. Enter the **reason** for your request.
6. Click **Submit**.

### Important Reminders:

- Submit requests at least 1 week in advance.
- Last-minute requests: If something comes up unexpectedly, please text 508-203-7788 as soon as possible.
- Less than 24 hours' notice? Your request will be marked as a Late Call Out.
- Emergency preventing you from working? Text 844-424-3323 right away.

### Late Call Out Policy:

- Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered Late Call Outs.
- More than 2 Late Call Outs in a 30-day period may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
