      How Do I Confirm My Shifts?

      1. Once signed into the SNAPapp:
      1. On the Home Page Click “View all my jobs”
      2. You will view a list of all your future jobs
      3. You can confirm all shifts at once by selecting “confirm all shifts below”
      4. Your schedule is based on the availability provided during your interview. Any time off requests should be submitted by the Wednesday before your requested day(s) off.
      5. You only need to request a day off in the app if it falls on a date you are normally scheduled to work.
      6. Shifts are assigned on Thursdays, and you will be able to view and confirm them by the end of the day. All shifts must be confirmed by 9 AM on Saturday using the "Confirm All Shifts" button in the app.
      7. Shifts not confirmed by this deadline will be reassigned to other employees.
      8. Snapchef will not call or text to confirm shifts.
