Accessing Paystubs and W-2s

Purpose

This policy outlines where employees can access their paystubs and year-end tax documents (W-2) and how the Helpdesk can support related requests.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all Snapchef employees and contractors who receive pay through ADP.

 

Policy Statement

All paystubs and W-2 forms are securely stored and accessed through the ADP employee portal. Employees are responsible for maintaining access to their ADP account and keeping their personal information up to date.

 

Paystubs

  • Paystubs are available in ADP after each payroll is processed.
  • Employees can log into ADP at any time to view, download, or print their paystubs.
  • Historical paystubs remain available in ADP for reference.

W-2 Forms

  • A copy of each employee’s W-2 will be uploaded to ADP annually once issued.
  • Employees will be notified by ADP when their W-2 is available.
  • W-2s can be viewed, downloaded, and printed directly from ADP.
  • W-2s will also be mailed to each employee to their address on ADP
